Application The Automatic Drop Tester is a highly accurate and motorized instrument specifically designed for conducting drop tests on HDPE/Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks used for packaging fertilizers. Its stainless-steel body ensures that there is no chemical deformation in the machine, allowing it to work efficiently in any atmosphere for extended periods of time. The tester features two adjustable and movable flaps with a lock facility, allowing users to open and close the flaps as needed. With the help of the adjustable rotating arm, this Automatic Drop Tester can successfully conduct drop tests on various sides and edges of the sack, including the face side, back side, left edge, right edge, bottom edge, and top edge. The primary purpose of the drop tester is to measure the drop impact test for filled sacks, simulating the performance of the sack in real-world applications such as repeated handling, drop impacts during loading, unloading, and stacking operations. During the test, each sack is dropped from a height of 1.8 meters to assess its performance on different sides and edges, including the face side, back side, left edge, right edge, bottom edge, and top edge.
